Description:
Offers daily protection from free radical damage. Antioxidant nutrients (including Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium, Zinc and L-Glutathione) contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. An antioxidant is characterised by the ability to reduce oxidation in other elements. Oxidation reactions create free radicals which can cause chain reactions resulting in the damage or death of an adjacent cell. This 'oxidative stress' appears to be a major factor in many human diseases.
