Super foods
Super-foods are referred to as such because of their nutritionally dense nature, and high anti-oxidant status. Super foods supply us with abundant vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and anti-oxidants, as well as being energy boosting, alkalinising and detoxifying for the body.
