Directions:
One to two capsules, once or twice daily with food. If taking two or more capsules daily, you may wish to split the dose between two meals.
If you are taking Antibiotics, take four capsules daily, ideally at a different time of day from the antibiotics.
For travellers, take two capsules daily for one week before travel. Increase to four capsules daily during travel. Continue to take for at least two weeks following the end of travel. If taking anti-malarials continue Bio-Kult for at least two weeks after competion of the course.
Children under 12 - half adult dose.
