Bulking Agent: maltodextrin Cinnamon Bark Powder (Cinnamomum burmannii) 200 mg Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose Cinnamon Bark Extract (Cinnamomum supp.) (4:1) 300 mg Anti-caking Agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide Cellulose Gum Colour: caramel

Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
