Description:

Providing fatty acids for brain and eye function, with rigel evening primrose oil and fish oil.

Ingredients:

Natural Source Vitamin E 20mg (200% RDA), Fish Oil 560mg (providing DHA 120mg, EPA 33mg, AA 10.5mg), Evening Primrose Oil 211mg (providing GLA 24mg), Thyme Oil 0.4mg.

Directions:

Adults and children aged 5 years and over: 2 teaspoons (10ml) daily with food or drink.

Children aged 2-5 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily with food or drink. Ideally the amounts should be taken half in the morning and half in the evening. If taking this product for the first time, amounts should be doubled for the first 12 weeks.
