Ingredients:
Fructooligosaccharides (F.O.S.), Bifidobacterium lactis.
1 Gram approx a quarter tsp will provide Fructooligosaccharides (F.O.S.) 973.8mg, Bifidobacterium lactis 26.3mg (providing approx 4 billion viable cells).
Directions:
