This means it stays fresh for longer than comparable fish oils. Eskimo-3 contains the important Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in an optimal concentration, enriched with antioxidants. The Omega-3 fatty acids contribute to balancing the production of prostaglandins and leukotrienes, and help to maintain a healthy circulation, supple joints and healthy skin. No fish odour or aftertaste due to its stability. (Fish oils that smell and have an aftertaste are usually oxidised).

Each three capsules typically contain:Omega-3 Fatty Acids 500mg of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 240mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 160mg Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 4.5mg Encapsulated withGelatin, glycerine, ascorbic acid, lecithin, and flavouring: lemon oil.

Directions:

3 capsules one to three times daily with meals, or as directed. After opening store in refrigerator and use within 2 months.
