We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 office hours of payment. Shipping costs are calculated by value.

We offer the following delivery options:

UK Delivery
UK orders £40 and over, the shipping is Free, UK orders under £40, the shipping is £3.50 per order. 
Standard 2nd Class Post (2-4 working days) VIA Royal Mail
Recorded Signed For 2nd Class Post (2-4 working days) VIA Royal Mail

All orders £35.00 and over may be sent Recorded Delivery (Signed For) service by Royal Mail.

Europe Delivery
Standard Air Mail delivery service by Royal Mail (4-7 working days)
Costs starts from £4.50 per order.

Rest Of The World Delivery
Airmail (7-14 working days) Via Royal Mail
Costs starts from £8.50 per order

Royal Mail Delivery Information
Standard 2nd Class Delivery by Royal Mail may be unable to deliver your parcel as it may be too big for your letter box. We are able to put a note on non-recorded delivery parcels with instructions to leave with a neighbour or in a secure area such as a porch/shed*.
If there is nobody at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a calling card will be left at the property. You will then be able to contact your local sorting office to arrange a second delivery or collection.

Recorded Delivery
If you have requested Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail are not able to leave the parcel without obtaining a signature - your parcel will be returned to your local sorting office and a calling card will be left at the property. Please contact us if you would like to know your Recorded Delivery tracking number - parcels can be tracked with this number online at www.royalmail.co.uk.
