Ingredients:
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin prep.) 5000mcg,Dibencozide (coenzyme B12) 100mcg.
Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) nugget daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner. May be placed under the tongue (sublingually) or between the cheek and gum and allowed to dissolve. Nugget may also be chewed or swallowed whole.
