Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil capsules are specially formulated, with carefully chosen Cod Liver Oil to provide a potent source of the important Omega-3 nutrients EPA and DHA, traditionally used to help maintain joint mobility. Cod Liver Oil provides vitamins A and D, required for maintaining healthy hair, skin, nails and eyes, sound teeth and strong bones.
